Rules of Dragoon Lagoon Forums

First of All
These rules go into affect immediately,anyone seen breaking these rules will be punishable as per the rules they broke respectively.

• You are only allowed to have ONE account per member.
• No strong profanity whatsoever
+ No masked profanity (using *** in place of letters is not allowed.)

• No sexual-related material of any sort (text, pics, music, etc)
• You are not allowed to bully or otherwise be rude to members
• You are not allowed to write anything negative on your profile about any member
• You are not allowed to imitate staff for any reason.
• You are not allowed to ask for someone else's password, or give your password to anyone else.
+ Protect your password as you would on any site. Dragoon Lagoon Forums is not responsible for any damage to your account due to lost, stolen or shared passwords.

• Stealing someone's account is strictly against the rules.
• Chain letters are prohibited. You are not allowed to post these anywhere on the forum.
• If you are banned from Dragoon Lagoon, you are not allowed to make a new account. That one will just be banned as well.

• Please type in English - the moderators need to be able to understand exactly what you are saying.
• Spamming is strictly against the rules.
+ No posting "First to Post", "second to post", etc. - this is considered spamming. ONLY do this is forum post games.

• Posing and identity theft will not be tolerated on Dragoon Lagoon.
+ Posing includes faking to be pregnant or claiming to be someone you're not, be it a celebrity or stealing someone's photos and claiming it as yours.

• “I am leaving Dragoon Lagoon” threads are not allowed. This is because they are spam, and generally only for attention-seeking. If you are leaving DL, you may post that information in your forum signature and/or profile.
• Please respect the staff at all times, insubordination will not be tolerated.
• For your own safety, please do not give out your last name, address, telephone number or school name.
• Any kind of sexual talk is not permitted.
• Strictly no links to inappropriate websites are allowed. I.E, gross content/illegal activity.
• Please do not 'mini mod', this includes pretending to be a mod and enforcing rules.
• Do not plagiarize other peoples work.
.• No posting any illegal content - such as, underage drinking, doing drugs, theft, etc.



• Do not claim other members’ graphics as your own or use without crediting the creator
• This is NOT a dating site. Asking for the opposite gender, asking if someone is single, or asking if another member "likes" you is not allowed. You can however openly discuss dating topics and events in your life as long as they are appropriate. There are no specific rules against chatting about dating related topics but you should exercise caution when talking to people you do not know.





Spamming is against the rules. For those of you who do not know what spam is please read the following points;
• Typing gibberish that makes no sense.
• Typing in other languages, this is an English chat room.
• Constantly repeating messages.
• Do not constantly repeat links.


CAPS
Typing in capital letters is allowed. However typing constantly in capitals or if you are using capital letters as though you are shouting it is against the rules and action will then be taken.

BANNING
You will be banned from Dragoon Lagoon permanently for various offences as outlined above. Please note that a ban is permanent. A ban cannot be reversed except in exceptional circumstances. Administrators reserve the right to remove bans at their sole discretion.


Language Chat,Site & Forums

• The following is acceptable on Dragoon Lagoon, however it won't be tolerated when used against another member/speaking about another member. If you do use a word against another member, you will be banned ASAP!!!!! ;[

Re: Sexual Content
We have decided to crack down tighter on sexual content being posted. This includes but is not limited to references to "tapping that" or "I'd do you" etc. It's just not ok.
